Yes. Once vetted and approved by The Kusp team, creatives will be added to the platform and made available to view, and contact.

The creatives and creators found on the platform in the ‘Film and Television’ industry include assistant producer, producer, 1st assistant director, 2nd assistant director, 3rd assistant director, production assistant/runner, director, screenwriter, script-writer, production manager, production coordinator, script editor, director of photography/cinematographer, production designer, film/video editor, sound designer, photographer, filmmaker, film programmer. In the ‘Fashion’ industry - assistant creative director, creative director/producer, assistant/runner, production designer, art director, set designer, make-up artist, costume designer, photographer, fashion writer, stylist, fashion designer, textile designer, and graphic designers. These creatives and creators are not limited to these specific roles.

As an industry user you have the ability to:

1. Browse through a range of vetted creatives on the platform and connect with them directly for any opportunities may want to share, or relationships you wish to build

2. Create a set amount of job postings - using ‘tags’ - that will feature on the platform, and other digital channels that The Kusp has access to

As a creative or creator, you have the ability to:

1. Browse through a range of vetted creatives on the platform and connect with them directly, if you wish to

2. To view job postings on the platform shared by commercial companies or industry specialists

A percentage of the fees paid to access this platform will be used to help fund masterclasses, secret sessions, and memberships. These intimate experiences will help to educate and upskill the next generation of underrepresented creatives, who will also be added to this platform. Fees will also cover the maintenance of the platform.

Yes. This is why our slogan, ‘Find great, do good’ exists. Intimate experiences will be made free and accessible for the underrepresented talent in accordance to the subscription you select. Making you a ‘Silent Partner’. This enables you to mention your contribution to The Kusp community within your CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) or ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) assessment.

A ‘Silent Partner’ is a sponsor towards the delivery of our intimate experiences for our underrepresented creatives and creators by using our digital platform. To become a ‘Key Partner’ please get in touch with us (info@thekusp.co.uk), we’d love to discuss any relevant opportunities with you.

Please contact us if you’d like your job advertised on the platform, but do not wish to purchase a subscription package.

Job posts will last until the suggested deadline for application on the advert. This job will also be featured on our other owned channels ie. social media (Instagram), website, and email sends; to help increase awareness of the role.

We charge a 5% sourcing fee on creatives who sign with a client on a working contract with an annual salary above £20,000. Any salary below this threshold will not incur a sourcing fee charge.

By contacting one creative this will equate to ‘1 email credit’. Email credits are allocated in accordance with your subscription package.

Multiple profiles on one account cannot be done. If your team would like to access the platform too, they must also sign up for a separate account on the platform. You are also able to share your profile with your team if you wish, at your own discretion.

Email addresses of creatives are only visible once industry users choose to utilise your ‘email credits’ to communicate directly with a creative. Creatives are unable to view the email addresses of industry users. The Gateway team will manage any queries that arise with regard to jobs advertised on the platform.

Creatives availability can often fluctuate. So if you contact a creative, you’re doing so understanding the risks associated with reaching out to talent. We plan to introduce a feature that will give you more guidance on which creatives or creators are looking for working opportunities.
