The Kusp is powered by people who show up: for the talent we back, the rooms we build, and each other.

This is the crew: a founder with a clear vision, a core volunteer team who make every experience and showcase happen, regional volunteers hosting in cities across the UK, the advisors who sharpen our thinking, and the people who helped build this from the ground up.

Amos - Founder & Managing Director

Amos founded The Kusp to close the gap between under-represented creative talent and the industry that too often overlooks them. He leads the vision, the partnerships, and the day-to-day with a core team of volunteers who help turn that vision into curated experiences, showcases, and mentoring that actually change trajectories.

The Team

The core volunteers - and freelancers - support in keeping The Kusp running monthly. Delivering our curated experiences, hosting London showcase events, regional team management support and driving the mentoring programme that connects emerging talent with people already in the industry. This team includes

  • Agency founder and board level strategic brand communications expert with over twenty-five years’ senior experience working for global brands both on client and agency side.

  • Partner and Brand Strategy Director at ChillCreate and co-founder of Power Circles. With 18 years' experience across media, travel, and tech, she's led major inclusion initiatives including founding VICE Media UK's Diversity Board and co-leading Black @Uber ERG.
