More about the ‘Find Great, Do Good’ Scheme
-
This is a social impact scheme where we allocate 20% of your 'Annual Subscription' fee to fund talent development experiences (masterclass or portfolio review sessions) and memberships to sustainably upskill under-represented talent in the film, television, fashion and print media industries.
We also work with training providers in these sponsor or fully-fund programmes for under-represented talent within our marketplace.

This decision is made based on what industry the employer currently operates i.e. fashion, film, TV, print media. Funding will be allocated to the most relevant industry.
Alternatively, employers will have the option to select which industry they would like their funds to go towards.
-
Leave that to us. We will produce an impact report for you, 12-months after the date of your registration to show how you have made an impact on talent from under-represented groups.
-
You can do that by contributing towards our donations page here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/support-the-kusp
