We welcome 'creative' or 'technical' talent on The Kusp Hub. Creative talent is defined as 'individuals that possess skills to ideate and create original, artistic, or visually appealing content'. WhileTechnical talent is defined as 'individuals with specialised skills in executing and managing the technical aspects of creative projects'.

You can freelance, part-time or full-time job positions advertised by employers.

As a talent, you can upload their CV or enter their key skills. After selecting an industry: ‘fashion’, ‘film’, ‘TV’, ‘print media’ and ‘advertising’.
The tool will help you to discover new roles closely matched with your skillset. Before applying for those relevant roles.

Absolutely. You can showcase work from your portfolio by uploading imagery or videos onto the platform.
You can also upload your CV for employers to download when they have unlocked your profile.

No. Only employers interested in hiring or connecting with you regarding an industry-related can get in touch with you.
This is only possible if an employer has unlocked your profile when they come across your talent profile through browsing, or if you have applied for a position the employer is advertising on the marketplace.

The Kusp Hub is here to facilitate the initial connection between under-represented talent and employers in the creative industries. Any further conversations will be the responsibilities of the two parties.

Yes you can. There’s click the link on your profile that says, ‘Refer a creative’ and share the link with them.

We want to ensure that we’re building a platform is a safe environment where all users feel protected, which is focused on developing industry-related and working relationships. Therefore, we do not tolerate the usage of this platform for any other purpose beyond the aforementioned. If users fail to comply, any unprofessional behaviour will result in the cancelling of subscriptions, or usage, on the platform.
The following will result in removal and banning from the platform:
Do not harass or use profanity against talent/employers on the platform
Do not use the platform to romantically court talent/employers
Do not mislead or share false information with talent/employers, in an attempt to persuade them to work with you
Removal from the platform is not limited to the above. The Kusp Hub team reserve the right to make a decision on platform removals, if we deem behaviour demonstrated as unprofessional or harmful once reported to us.
We will also take the necessary steps to escalate any serious issues to a third party, or relevant authorities, to support with resolving any problems that occur.

This is a social impact scheme where we allocate 20% of the annual subscription fee that employers pay to fund talent development experiences (masterclass or portfolio review sessions) and memberships to sustainably upskill under-represented talent in the film, television, fashion and print media industries.
We also work with training providers in these sponsor or fully-fund programmes for under-represented talent within our marketplace.

Some training opportunities will be free. Others may be partly-funded, in which you would need to source the remaining amount to engage in the training opportunity.

Each training opportunity will require you to express your interest through an application. Once your application has been reviewed, The Kusp Hub team will inform you of the outcome of your application, and provide you with the relevant next steps.
