One-Month Mentoring Program

ONE-MONTH MENTORING CYCLES.
2 COHORTS PER YEAR.
PROJECT OR CAREER-FOCUSED MENTORING.

Designed to create a focused, impactful experience for creatives across film, television, fashion and media.

The programme gives mentees clear direction and mentors a meaningful way to share their expertise.

For Mentees

It’s an opportunity to gain practical insight, set achievable goals, and build confidence through regular, guided conversations with an industry professional.

For Mentors

it’s a chance to give back to the creative community, develop leadership skills, and make a tangible difference in the journey of an emerging creative.

Program Structure

Two Cohorts

  • Cohort 1: April–June

  • Cohort 2: October–December

Sign-up & Pairing

  • Mentors and mentees complete a sign-up form during the cohort window

  • Participants are paired based on goals, interests, and availability

By keeping the structure tight and intentional, each cycle encourages commitment, accountability, and authentic knowledge exchange; ensuring that every mentorship pairing is valuable, focused, and mutually rewarding.

  1. Select below to become a ‘Mentor’ or ‘Mentee’

  2. Complete the form and receive a confirmation email on being shortlisted

  3. If we find a good match, we will contact you before start of the program

  4. Then your One-Month Mentoring begins! 

  5. After the program, join us for a special celebration event in London
